• Your device must be unlocked for any mobile network.
• You must have internet connection before starting the installation.
• After installation, you must keep your mobile roaming enabled.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a QR code by email. You will need to scan it and follow a series of simple instructions. You can also print the QR code on a piece of paper and leave it ready for whenever you want to install your eSIM.
