ONE TRAVEL PHONE is an online shop that sells international data SIM cards manufactured by third parties for use in unlocked mobile devices and compatible with the mobile networks of the destination country.
ONE TRAVEL PHONE will always identify the mobile operator that provides the services of the card you are purchasing, by purchasing our service, you agree that you are purchasing a card from that operator and that ONE TRAVEL PHONE is not a mobile operator.
ONE TRAVEL PHONE is not a mobile operator and is not responsible for the provision of data service in the destination country. Internet connectivity may suffer outages or failures beyond ONE TRAVEL PHONE’s control and where the mobile operator, not ONE TRAVEL PHONE, is responsible. The user should be aware that there are certain areas where the operator may not offer sufficient coverage, and should consult the mobile operator’s coverage maps before purchasing the service.
ONE TRAVEL PHONE offers free support assistance as an intermediary between the mobile operator and the customer to facilitate the user’s setup of their device, but does not guarantee the success of the setup. ONE TRAVEL PHONE does not offer a configuration service for the service to work, the purchaser should consult the user manual of his mobile phone.
The user must verify that his or her mobile phone is unlocked and compatible with the networks of the operator whose SIM card is purchased.
Before purchasing a mobile card, the user must be sure that his mobile phone is unlocked and can connect to the internet in the country of destination and with the networks of the mobile operator he has chosen. Under no circumstances will ONE TRAVEL PHONE be responsible for the operation of a SIM card in a mobile phone that is not unlocked or is not compatible, or has very limited compatibility.
The user must verify that his or her mobile phone is correctly configured to work with the SIM card.
General information on Terms of Service
This website is operated by ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “ONE TRAVEL PHONE”, “we”, “us”, “us” and “our” refer to ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD., in this and any other document.
ONE TRAVEL PHONE offers this website, all its information, tools and services available to the user. By visiting our site and/or purchasing any of our products, the user participates in our “service” and agrees to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including all additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available through links. ONE TRAVEL PHONE markets mobile data SIMs manufactured by third parties and available on the market. ONE TRAVEL PHONE does not manufacture these cards and is not responsible for the provision of internet connection service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
You understand that all information (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform or adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information will always be encrypted during transfer across networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, access to the service or any other means of the website through which the service is provided, without our express written permission.
Headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Information about the cards sold is provided by the provider or mobile operator and may change over time.
We are not responsible if the information available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions without first consulting more accurate information.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information is not necessarily current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update the information immediately. You agree that it is your responsibility to inspect our site for changes.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Images of SIM cards may not match the appearance of the SIM card that the user will receive. This in no way affects the service offered on the site, nor its features and conditions particular to each destination.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Any product or service offer made hereunder shall be void where prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel an order, even if it has already been shipped, in which case we will refund the full purchase price.
We do not warrant that the quality of products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any service failure will be rectified.
SECTION 6 – BILLING ACCURACY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting us via email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, were placed by competitors, dealers, resellers or distributors.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice.
You expressly agree that use of, or the possibility of using, the service is at your own risk. The service and all products and services provided through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided on an “as is, and as available for use” basis without any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, losses, claims, or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenues, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or as a result of the use of any of the services or products purchased through the service, or for any other claim related in any way to the use of the service or any product, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted or made available through the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
