General terms and conditions for mobile communications services for private customers

The present general conditions (Conditions), together with the cover page and the tariff conditions, form the Contract by which ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD., a UK company, will provide the Mobile Services detailed below to customers of legal age who contract (hereinafter, the customer/s) on national territory. The contracting of the Services will be carried out through the company ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD, designated by VEE for the commercialisation and management of its services in its own name, which is also a UK company, domiciled at Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, West Mindlands, CV1 2NT, United Kingdom (Registration number: 13663666) through the brand ONE TRAVEL PHONE.
With the mobile service, the customer can access the telephone, electronic communications and value-added services requested by the customer via his or her mobile phone. The service will be provided on national territory. VEE provides the customer with free access to emergency services, as well as information on the location of the person making the call, depending on the capacity of the systems of the Autonomous Community in which the customer is at the time of calling the aforementioned services. Outside the national territory, VEE will provide the service through roaming, when so indicated by the customer, by ticking the corresponding box on the cover page. Reasonable and non-abusive roaming traffic from a country belonging to the European Economic Area to one of these countries will be counted as national traffic, under the same conditions applicable to the contracted national tariff. The following shall be considered as abusive roaming usage: a) the non-existence of residence or stable ties in Spain of the customer, and ONE TRAVEL PHONE may request supporting documentation of such ties; b) the existence of long periods of inactivity of a particular SIM card, linked to a main or exclusive use in roaming; c) the activation and sequential use in roaming of multiple SIM cards by the customer; d) when it is observed that, in a minimum period of four (4) months, the consumption and stay by the customer/lines in the countries mentioned is greater than the consumption and stay carried out in Spain. In all such cases, ONE TRAVEL PHONE may apply a surcharge, subject to prior notification to the customer fifteen (15) days in advance, which may not exceed the wholesale price in force in accordance with the provisions of the EU Implementing Regulation 2016/2286. In the case of open data packages, ONE TRAVEL PHONE will communicate to the customer the data consumption limit for roaming in the European Economic Area above which the surcharge may be applied. More info at www.onetravelphone.com. For roaming traffic in the rest of the world, the corresponding tariff for each country and international roaming zone will be applied. If the customer wishes to make a claim in relation to this policy, he/she shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.1, without prejudice to any other means of complaint that he/she may deem appropriate in accordance with the regulations in force.

Shipping & Returns
Any item purchased on this site comes with a full satisfaction guarantee. Delivery times are from two working days to 7 working days depending on the customer’s collection address. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return part or all of the order, notifying us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount of the article, but not the shipping costs paid for the order. In the case of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer, we will assume all costs incurred in the exchange and subsequent shipment of the correct order. Upon receipt of the package, we will confirm that the product is in good condition and that it was indeed an error on our part. We will then proceed to send the new product. Under no circumstances will we accept exchanges or returns of used items, items that have been tampered with by the customer or items that do not arrive in their original packaging. Nor will returns be accepted carried forward or against reimbursement. Wear and tear or deterioration caused by use, misuse or the passage of time will not be grounds for exchange. The refund, if accepted by us, will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer. Return packages should be sent (preferably by post) to: ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD. Urbanización la Alzambra 3-1 29660, Puerto Banús, Marbella, Malaga. Once the package has been received in our warehouse and the contents have been checked, we will proceed according to the instructions indicated on the return form. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorisation from ONE TRAVEL PHONE LTD.
